摘要
习近平总书记关于师德师风建设的重要论述具有丰富的思想内涵和深刻的指导意义,为新时代高职院校加强师德师风建设指明方向、提供遵循。当前高职院校师德师风建设主要面临师德认知不深刻、师德内化不到位、师德建设长效机制不健全、师德建设环境不浓厚等方面的困境。新时代新征程,高职院校强化师德师风建设,亟需以习近平总书记关于师德师风建设的重要论述为引领,加强顶层设计和系统推进,提高对高职院校师德师风建设的思想认知,提升高职院校教师政治修养,形成高职院校师德建设的特色长效机制,营造尊道贵德、敬业立人的良好风尚。
President Xi Jinping’s important discourses on the professional ethics of teacher has rich ideological connotations and profound guiding significance,providing direction and guidance for strengthening the professional ethics of teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era.Currently,there are some dilemmas on the professional ethics of teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient understanding,inadequate internalization of teachers’ethics,incomplete long-term mechanisms,and a weak environment for teachers’ethics construction.In the new era and new journey,we should strengthen the professional ethics of teachers in higher vocational colleges.It is urgent to take President Xi Jinping’s important discourses on the professional ethics of teachers as the lead,strengthen top-level design and systematic promotion,improve the ideological cognition of the professional ethics of teachers in higher vocational colleges,enhance the political cultivation of teachers,establish a distinctive and long-term mechanism for the professional ethics of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and create a good atmosphere of respecting the way and valuing virtue,being dedicated to building and cultivating talent.
