摘要
近年来,媒体报道中频繁出现师源型性侵未成年人犯罪案件,此类犯罪具有严重的危害性及恶劣的社会影响。基于“日常活动理论”和实证分析,从犯罪主体自身、侵害对象、监管主体等方面探究师源型性侵未成年人犯罪的成因,并对此提出加强对潜在犯罪主体预防、建立对侵害对象多方位保护、加大校园内部监管力度等防治对策。
In recent years,cases of sexual abuse of minors by educators have frequently appeared in media reports.Such crimes pose severe harm and have extensive social impacts.By applying the Routine Activity Theory and empirical analysis,this paper explores the causes in terms of the offenders,victims,and the supervisory authorities.Accordingly,it proposes preventive measures,including strengthening the deterrence of potential offenders,establishing comprehensive protection mechanisms for victims,and enhancing campus supervision.
