摘要
石英是一种用途十分广泛的重要工业矿物,高纯石英矿是世界稀缺、我国高度依赖进口的战略性矿产资源。采用多种提纯加工技术方法,通过不同矿床工业类型的石英矿(含高纯石英矿,下同)提纯加工特点及高纯石英产品再提纯加工实验研究,发现了石英矿SiO_(2)提纯加工的一个十分重要的客观规律,并将其总结和归纳为“石英提纯定律”,即:对于加工制备具有一定粒度的石英原材料(含高纯石英,下同)来说,每一处石英矿和高纯石英矿都存在一定的提纯加工局限性,在现有技术经济条件下,其SiO_(2)含量存在一个相对的提纯加工极限值。简单来说,石英矿和高纯石英矿的资源禀赋决定其提纯加工效果,每一处石英矿能够提纯加工什么SiO_(2)纯度的石英砂产品主要是由其自然属性决定的。该定律的实验依据是:以石英矿为原料提纯加工石英原材料,对于SiO_(2)的提纯加工效果,不仅不同矿床工业类型的石英矿是不同的,并且即使矿床工业类型相同、产地不同的石英矿也不相同;但在一定工艺条件下,同一处石英矿的SiO_(2)含量存在一个相对的提纯加工极限值。该定律的理论依据是:石英原材料是以石英矿为原料加工的具有一定粒度的石英砂产品;每一处石英矿和高纯石英矿都或多或少的存在脉石矿物、气液包裹体和类质同象替代三类杂质,其中每一类杂质都分别有一部分具有一定的提纯加工可选性,而且同时也都分别有一部分具有一定的不可提纯加工可选性。该定律的重要意义是,揭示了资源禀赋在石英原材料提纯加工中的决定性作用,可为石英矿、尤其是高纯石英矿的评价与找矿、原料品级划分与高效利用提供科学依据。该定律的重要启示是:在制约高纯石英开发利用的4个技术要素中,以高纯石英原料的评价、遴选与找矿技术最为重要也最为关键,故而实现我国4N8高纯石英高端产品生产安全自主可控的关键是寻找能够稳定满足工业生产需要的高纯石英矿(A级矿)。
Quartz is an important industrial mineral with a wide range of applications.High-purity quartz ore is a strategic mineral resource that is scarce in the world and highly dependent on imports in China.By employing various purification and processing techniques,through the study of the purification and processing characteristics of quartz ore from different types of deposits(including high-purity quartz ore,hereinafter referred to as such)and further purification experiments on high-purity quartz products,an extremely important objective law regarding the purification of SiO_(2) in quartz ore was discovered.This law was summarized and generalized as the'Quartz Purification Law',which states:For the processing and preparation of quartz raw materials with a certain particle size(including high-purity quartz,hereinafter referred to as such),each quartz deposit and high-purity quartz deposit has certain purification and processing limitations.Under current technological and economic conditions,there exists a relative purification and processing limit value for their SiO_(2) contents.In simple terms,the resource endowment of quartz ore and high-purity quartz ore determines the effectiveness of their purification and processing.The SiO_(2) purity of quartz sand products that can be purified and processed from each quartz deposit is mainly determined by its nature.The experimental basis of this law is that when quartz raw materials are purified and processed using quartz ore as the raw material,the effect of purifying and processing SiO_(2) varies depending on the industrial type of the different ore deposits.Even if the industrial type of the quartz ore is the same,the purifying results will still vary if its source is different.However,under certain processing conditions,there exists a relative limit value for the SiO_(2) content of quartz ore from the same deposit.The theoretical basis of this law is that quartz raw materials are processed from quartz ore into quartz sand products of certain particle sizes.Each quartz ore and high-purity quartz ore contains,to varying degrees,three types of impurities:gangue minerals,fluid inclusions,and solid solution substitutions.Among these impurities,some have the potential for purification and processing,while others do not.The significance of this law is that it reveals the decisive role of resource endowment in the purification and processing of quartz raw materials,providing a scientific basis for the evaluation and exploration of quartz ore,especially high-purity quartz ore,as well as for the classification and efficient utilization of raw material grades.The important insight of this law is that among the four aspects of high-purity quartz technologies,the evaluation,selection,and ore-finding technology of high-purity quartz raw materials are the most important and critical one.The key to ensuring the safe and autonomous production of China's 4N8 high-purity quartz high-end products lies in finding high-purity quartz ore(Grade A ore)that can consistently meet industrial production needs.
