摘要
目的分析内蒙古自治区农村居民生活饮用水中硝酸盐氮的时空分布特征,评估其人群健康风险水平,为保障农村饮用水安全及制定相关健康管理政策提供科学依据。方法收集2013—2022年内蒙古自治区农村居民生活饮用水水样中硝酸盐氮监测结果,采用美国国家环境保护局(United States Environmental Protection Agency,USEPA)的健康风险评价方法,评估硝酸盐氮通过饮用水途径暴露的非致癌水平。结果2013—2022年内蒙古自治区农村居民生活饮用水监测水样中硝酸盐氮达标率总体呈上升趋势。2017年枯水期与丰水期的硝酸盐氮含量差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.457,P=0.014),2014年、2021年和2022年出厂水与末梢水水样类型的硝酸盐氮含量差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.439、-3.367、-4.022,P<0.01)。全体人群的危险指数HQ50均<1,但成年人及儿童的HQ95均>1。成年人的健康风险略高于儿童。结论内蒙古自治区农村地区饮用水硝酸盐氮暴露的人群健康风险存在年龄差异,仍需重视饮用水安全,建议强化水质监测及水源保护工作。
Objective To analyze the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of nitrate nitrogen in the drinking water of rural residents in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to assess the associated health risk levels,so as to provide a scientific basis for ensuring drinking water safety and formulating relevant health management policies.Methods Monitoring data on nitrate nitrogen concentrations in drinking water samples collected from rural residents in Inner Mongolia from 2013 to 2022 were analyzed.The health risk assessment method of the United States Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)was used to evaluate non-carcinogenic exposure levels to nitrate nitrogen through drinking water.Results During the study period,the compliance rate of nitrate nitrogen in monitored water samples showed an overall increasing trend.Statistically significant differences in nitrate nitrogen concentrations during different water periods were observed in 2017(Z=−2.457,P=0.014),and significant differences were also noted in 2014,2021,and 2022 across different types of water samples(Z=−2.439,−3.367,−4.022,P<0.01).The hazard quotient(HQ)HQ50 for the entire population was consistently<1;however,the HQ95 was>1 for both adults and children.The health risk for adults was slightly higher than that for children.Conclusions There are age-related differences in health risks associated with nitrate-nitrogen exposure in rural drinking water in Inner Mongolia.Drinking water safety remains a critical concern,and it is recommended that water quality monitoring and source protection efforts be strengthened.
