摘要
为评价猪圆环病毒2型灭活疫苗、典型猪瘟活疫苗与伪狂犬活疫苗混合免疫的效果,利用猪圆环病毒2型灭活疫苗稀释猪瘟活疫苗及伪狂犬活疫苗,混合后分装于不同离心管中,置于室温下2 h测定不同管中CSFV与PRV的病毒滴度,结果显示3种疫苗混合并不会降低CSFV及PRV的滴度。分别使用3种单苗与混合疫苗免疫仔猪,免疫后仔猪无不良表现,表明疫苗联合免疫后安全性较好,免疫后监测PCV2、CSFV、PRV gE及gB的抗体水平,结果显示混合免疫与3种疫苗单独免疫产生的抗体水平相当。以上结果表明,将PCV2灭活疫苗、CSFV活疫苗、PRV活疫苗混合后免疫,并不会影响各疫苗的免疫效力,可节约人力、物力及减少猪群应激,安全有效的达到一针防多病的效果。
The immune effect of mixed vaccination of Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)inactivated vaccine,Classical swine fever virus(CSFV)live vaccine and Pseudorabies(PRV)live vaccine was evaluated in the present study.For preparing mixed vaccines,CSFV and PRV live vaccines were diluted using PCV2 inactivated vaccine.After incubation at room temperature for two hours,viral titers of CSFV and PRV in the mixed vaccines were detected for titer confirmation.Subsequently,pigs were administered with single vaccines and mixed vaccines and serum samples were collected for testing the antibody levels of PCV2,CSFV and PRV.The results showed that the viral titers of CSFV and PRV live vaccines diluted with PCV2 inactivated vaccine were stable and the mixed vaccines had similar performance to single vaccines regarding safety and antibody titer.We concluded that the mixed use of these vaccines acted as a novel vaccination method for decreasing the labor cost and material resources,relieving animal stress and prevention of animal diseases.
