基于三坐标测量机的螺纹几何公差检测技术应用

摘要 针对螺纹几何公差检测中现有接触式和非接触式检测方法的弊端,提出了一种基于三坐标测量机自定心功能的检测技术,并结合实践应用详细介绍了策略设置。通过实例验证可知,螺纹同轴度测量结果稳定可靠,螺纹中径等螺纹参数测量结果偏差<0.001 mm。该技术为测量螺纹几何公差提供了一种准确、高效的检测方案。 In response to the drawbacks of existing contact and non-contact measurement methods in the detection of thread geometric tolerances,a detection technology based on the self-centering function of a coordinate measuring machine is proposed.The strategy settings is introduced in detail in combination with practical applications.Through practical verification,the measurement results of thread coaxiality are stable and reliable,and the measurement results of thread parameters such as thread pitch diameter have an error of less than 0.001 mm.The technology provides an accurate and efficient measurement solution for measuring thread geometric tolerances.
