摘要
子宫腺肌症是育龄女性常见的疾病,严重时可显著影响患者的日常生活与工作。由于其发病机制尚不明确,治疗一直是临床上的难点。近年来,针灸对子宫腺肌症的治疗进行了有效探索,从单纯针刺、艾灸到多种治疗手段的联合应用均有所报道,展现出一定的疗效。文章就此疾病的针灸临床及针灸机理进行概况。
Adenomyosis is a common condition among women of reproductive age,which can significantly impact daily life and work when severe.Due to the unclear pathogenesis,its treatment remains a clinical challenge.In recent years,acupuncture has been effectively explored in the treatment of adenomyosis.Reports on the application of simple acupuncture,moxibustion and the combination of various treatment methods have shown certain curative effects.This paper reviews the clinical application and mechanism of acupuncture for this disease.
