摘要
抗反转录病毒治疗(ART)是目前治疗和预防人类免疫缺陷病毒-1(HIV-1)感染的有效手段。随着ART药物的广泛应用,HIV-1耐药的发生风险也逐渐升高。HIV-1耐药的规范管理不仅关乎HIV-1感染者的生命健康,还关系到公共卫生安全的维护。国家感染性疾病临床医学研究中心、国家传染病医学中心牵头组织全国艾滋病领域的专家,通过学习借鉴国内外相关的指南和临床研究结果,结合我国HIV-1耐药的特点,并遵照循证医学原则进行反复论证和讨论,形成了本专家共识。旨在为临床医务人员提供针对HIV-1耐药检测的实用建议,帮助临床医师更合理地管理HIV-1耐药,从而改善HIV感染者的治疗效果。
Antiretroviral therapy(ART)is currently an effective approach for treating and preventing human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1)infection.With the widespread use of ART,the prevalence of HIV-1 drug resistance is increasing.The effective clinical management of HIV-1 drug resistance is critical not only for the health outcomes of people living with HIV,but also for public health protection.Therefore,an expert consensus tailored to China's epidemiological context is urgently needed to guide the standardization of HIV-1 drug resistance testig and clinical management.To address this need,the National Clinical Research Center for Infectious Diseases and the National Medical Center for Infectious Diseases convened a panel of national HIV/AIDS experts.This panel reviewed relevant domestic and international guidelines and clinical research,incorporated the specific characteristics of HIV drug resistance in China and adhering to evidence-based medicine principles,conducted extensive deliberations to formulate this expert consensus.This consensus aims to provide practical recommendations on HIV-1 drug resistance assay in clinical practice,assisting clinicians in optimizing the management of HIV drug resistance and enhancing treatment outcomes for people living with HIV.
