摘要
为了提高旋转式多臂机的运动可靠性,分析了运动副间隙对多臂机综框运动精度的影响,并基于提综机构的工作原理,以提综机构中的四连杆机构为研究对象,引入二状态间隙接触模型,建立了考虑多运动副间隙的多臂机运动传递机构的数学模型,同时建立了多臂机提综机构虚拟样机,并对其进行运动仿真。分析了不同间隙位置、间隙大小、机构转速、间隙数量及多间隙下不同间隙大小对多臂机综框运动特性的影响,并与理想状态下的机构进行对比。研究结果表明:在高速运转状态下,含有多运动副间隙的机构所受影响较为显著,当机构存在多处间隙时,为保证机构的运动精度和稳定性,应尽量减小其间隙尺寸大小。该研究结果为后续对含多间隙旋转式多臂机提综机构的运动精度分析提供理论参考。
In this article,in order to improve the rotating dobby’s motion reliability,the influence of the clearance of moving pairs on the dobby heald frame’s motion accuracy is analyzed.Based on the working principle of the heald lifting mechanism,the four-link mechanism in the heald lifting mechanism is explored;the two-state clearance contact model is introduced to set up the mathematical model of the dobby motion transfer mechanism,with the clearance of multiple moving pairs taken into consideration.At the same time,the virtual prototype of the dobby lifting mechanism is constructed and its motion simulation is carried out.The analysis is conducted on the influence of different clearance position,clearance size,mechanism speed,clearance number and clearance size on the dobby heald frame’s motion characteristics,and the results are compared with those of the mechanism under ideal conditions.It is shown that the mechanism with multiple clearance is affected significantly under high-speed operation.When the mechanism has multiple clearance,the clearance size should be reduced as far as possible,so as to ensure the mecha-nism’s accuracy and stability of.These results provide theoretical reference for the subsequent analysis on the motion accuracy of the dobby lifting mechanism with multiple clearance.
