轮胎硫化机外模具电磁加热有限元模拟及性能研究 被引量:1

Finite-element simulation and performance study of electromagnetic heating of tire curing press’outer mold

摘要 轮胎硫化是制造高质量轮胎的重要环节之一,外模具加热效率及温度均匀性是影响轮胎硫化质量的关键因素。首先针对现有热板建立几何模型,使用COMSOL有限元软件研究了电磁加热过程热板的磁通量密度及温度均匀性;在数值模拟的指导下开展具体试验,合理调整热板和模套加热结构的线圈分布,使电磁加热线圈板与测温和控制系统相匹配,分别单独对热板和模套测试及整体组装测试,研究了轮胎硫化机外模具电磁加热的温度均匀性、耗电量及加热时间。结果表明:不论热板和模套单独测试还是组装整体测试,温度均匀性均控制在±1.5℃以内,尤其是热板温度控制在±1℃,与模拟结果相吻合;整体预热时间为4.5 h,消耗用电量为48 kW·h,保温阶段消耗用电量为2 kW·h,稳定性好,具有更好的节能效果。因此,文中研究为提高轮胎硫化质量和产品性能提供了技术支持和理论指导。 Tire curing is one of the important links in the manufacture of high-quality tires;heating efficiency and tempera-ture uniformity of outer molds are the key factors affecting the quality of tire curing.In this article,firstly the geometrical model of the hot plate is set up;the COMSOL finite-element software is used to explore the hot plate’s magnetic flux density and tempera-ture uniformity in the electromagnetic heating process.In addition,specific experiments are carried out with the help of numerical simulation;the distribution of coils in the heating structure of the hot plate and the mold cover is reasonably adjusted,so as to make the electromagnetic heating coil plate match with the temperature measurement and the control system;the hot plate and the mold cover are tested individually,and then the whole assembly is tested.Efforts are made to explore temperature uniformity,power consumption and time of electromagnetic heating of the tire curing press’outer mold.The results show that the temperature uniformity is controlled within±1.5℃,and especially the temperature of the hot plate is controlled within±1℃,which is con-sistent with the simulation results,whether the hot plate and the mold cover are tested individually or assembled as a whole.Mo-reover,the overall pre-heating time is 4.5 h,and the electricity consumption is 48 kW·h,and the electricity consumption during the heat-preservation stage is 2 kW·h,which has better stability and energy-saving effect.Therefore,this study provides techni-cal support and theoretical guidance for a higher standard of tire-curing quality and product performance.
