德育一体化的底层逻辑与建构路径 被引量:1

The Underlying Logic and Construction Pathways of Moral Education Integration

摘要 德育一体化是形成一个横向贯通、纵向衔接的德育有机体,其底层逻辑是“承认”。承认是德育一体化的情感基础,实现从“无视”到“共生”;承认创建德育一体化的良善秩序,实现从“盲目无序”到“承认生态”。德育一体化的承认维度包括目标承认、主体承认、情感承认和实践承认。然而,现实中德育一体化却面临着主体承认的缺位,制约了德育资源整合;情感承认的疏离,削弱了主体间共情基础;实践承认的异化,降低了德育实践效能。对此,德育一体化的建构应以承认理念确立“共生共荣”的德育价值共识,以承认情感构建“情感浸润”的德育联结网络,以承认制度完善“权责适配”的德育保障机制,以实践承认打造“价值闭环”的德育行动生态。 Moral education integration refers to the formation of a horizontally integrated and vertically connected organic entity of moral education,with"recognition"as its underlying logic.Recognition serves as the emotional foundation of moral education integration,facilitating a transition from"neglect"to"symbiosis";it establishes a virtuous order for moral education integration,transitioning from"blind disorder"to a"recognition-based ecosystem".The recognition dimensions of moral education integration encompass goal recognition,subject recognition,emotional recognition and practical recognition.However,in reality,the integration of moral education faces challenges:the absence of mutual recognition among stakeholders constrains the consolidation of educational resources;the estrangement in emotional recognition undermines the foundation for mutual empathy;and the distortion of recognition in practice leads to structural disharmony and functional incoherence.Therefore,the construction of moral education integration should establish a"symbiotic and co-prosperous"consensus on moral education values through the concept of recognition;build an"emotionally immersive"network of moral education connections through recognition-based emotions;refine a"rights-responsibilities aligned"guarantee mechanism for moral education through recognition-based institutions;create a"value-closed-loop"action ecosystem for moral education through practical recognition.
