摘要
本文基于GB/T 4214.1-2017对按摩椅噪声进行的测试,并依据CNAS-GL007:2020的要求,对测试过程中的不确定度来源进行识别与分析,重点考虑测量重复性、测试系统、测试环境、包络面积及样品运行状态等影响因素。通过实际测试案例计算出噪声测量的扩展不确定度,从而提升测试数据的可信度与可比性。
This paper tests the noise of massage chairs based on GB/T 4214.1-2017,and in accordance with the requirements of CNAS-GL007:2020,identifies and analyzes the sources of uncertainty in the testing process,with a focus on factors such as measurement repeatability,testing system,testing environment,envelope area,and the operating state of the sample.Through actual testing cases,the expanded uncertainty of noise measurement is calculated,thereby enhancing the credibility and comparability of the test data.
