论数字技术赋能高职院校教师队伍建设的优化路径

摘要 数字技术作为当前教育创新的重要驱动力,对提升高职院校教师队伍的建设水平具有重要意义。本文聚焦高职院校教师队伍数字化建设现状,从心理赋能、资源赋能、结构赋能三个维度,针对高职院校教师队伍建设存在的资源、制度、数字素养等问题,全面优化其服务机制、培养体系及合作机制,破解高职院校教师队伍建设难题,借助数字技术提升高职院校教师队伍建设质量。 As a significant driving force for current educational innovation,digital technology plays a crucial role in enhancing the development level of teachers at higher vocational colleges.This paper focuses on the current status of digital construction in the faculty of higher vocational colleges,addressing issues from three aspects:psychological empowerment,resource empowerment,and structural empowerment.It aims to comprehensively optimize service mechanisms,training systems,and cooperation mechanisms for the faculty of higher vocational colleges by tackling resource problems,institutional issues,and digital literacy challenges.The goal is to resolve difficulties in faculty development at higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of faculty development through digital technology.
