国产化核级无纸记录仪的研制及应用

摘要 为了消除国外无纸记录仪垄断风险,简述某公司自行研制与生产国产化核级无纸记录仪过程。核级无纸记录仪继承了通用工业级无纸记录仪的成熟性能,采用信号输入、数据处理、数据运算、报警信号输出、数据显示、数据存储、数据导出和时间校准设计,使数据处理速度快、数据存储容量大、液晶刷新速度快。软件通过IEEE Std 1012^(TM)-2004标准中SIL3级验证、IEC 61226-2009要求的B类安全功能验证,取得了软件验证与确认(V&V)证书。核级无纸记录仪通过IEC60780规定的鉴定试验验证,取得了电磁兼容A类试验和抗震I类试验报告。在某些项目上开展了功能、架构、性能评价三个主要方面的适用性验收。验收结果证明了无纸记录仪满足在建及在役核电站的设计及改造要求。 To eliminate the risk of monopoly of foreign paperless recorders,the process of a company’s self-development and production of localized nuclear-grade paperless recorders is briefly described.Nuclear-grade paperless recorder inherits the mature performance of general industrial-grade paperless recorder,adopting the design of signal input,data processing,data arithmetic,alarm signal output,data display,data storage,data export and time calibration,so that the data processing speed is fast,the data storage capacity is large,and the liquid crystal refreshing speed is fast.The software has passed the SIL3 level validation in IEEE Std 1012^(TM)-2004 standard,the B class safety function validation required by IEC 61226-2009,and obtained the software verification and validation(V&V)certificate.The nuclear-grade paperless recorder has passed the qualification test verification required by IEC 60780,and obtained the electronagnetic compatibility class A test and seismic class I test reports.The applicability acceptance in three main aspects,namely,function,architecture and performance evaluation is carried out on certain projects.The acceptance results proved that the paperless recorder meets the design and modification requirements of nuclear power plants under construction and in service.
