文章探讨了高管团队稳定性与公司业绩之间的关系。在全球经济环境日益复杂多变的背景下,高管团队的专业能力和稳定性成为公司生存和发展的重要保障。文章首先分析了高管团队稳定性对公司业绩的潜在影响,包括战略规划和决策、资源协调与配置、风险管理与应对等方面的作用。随后,通过理论解析和实证研究,文章详细探讨了高管团队稳定性对公司业绩的正向影响,并指出了高管团队变动可能带来的负面影响。研究发现,稳定的高管团队有助于公司制定和执行长期战略,提高运营效率和质量,进而提升公司业绩。
This paper explores the relationship between the stability of executive teams and corporate performance.Against the backdrop of an increasingly complex and volatile global economic environment,the professional competence and stability of executive teams have become important guarantees for the survival and development of companies.The article first analyzes the potential impact of executive team stability on corporate performance,including its role in strategic planning and decision-making,resource coordination and allocation,risk management and response.Subsequently,through theoretical analysis and empirical research,the article explores in detail the positive impact of executive team stability on corporate performance and points out the potential negative impacts of changes in the executive team.The study finds that a stable executive team helps companies formulate and implement long-term strategies,improve operational efficiency and quality,and thereby enhance corporate performance.
