摘要
为探究纳他霉素对赭曲霉生长和产毒的抑制作用,采用0、40、60、80、100、120、140 mg/L纳他霉素溶液对赭曲霉进行处理,通过测定抑菌率、菌株的生长和产毒情况,研究该处理对赭曲霉生长的抑制作用以及对其产生毒素的抑制效果。结果表明,不同浓度的纳他霉素对赭曲霉生长具有不同的抑制效果,当浓度为140 mg/L时,赭曲霉生长完全受到抑制。微观结构分析显示,60 mg/L处理可导致菌丝体塌陷,140 mg/L时菌丝体完全被破坏,干瘪程度达到最大。因此,纳他霉素对赭曲霉的生长和产毒具有明显的剂量依赖性抑制作用,在140 mg/L的高浓度下能够实现完全抑制。
To investigate the inhibitory effect of natamycin on the growth and toxin production of Aspergillus ochraceus,the fungus was treated with natamycin solution at concentrations of 0,40,60,80,100,120,and 140 mg/L.The inhibition rate,colony growth,and toxin production were measured to evaluate the inhibitory effect of natamycin on the growth and toxin production of Aspergillus ochraceus.The results showed that different concentrations of natamycin exhibited varying inhibitory effects on the growth of Aspergillus ochraceus.Complete inhibition was observed at a concentration of 140 mg/L.In addition,microscopic structural analysis showed that treatment with 60 mg/L caused hyphal collapse,while treatment with 140 mg/L resulted in complete structural damage and maximal hyphal shrinkage.Therefore,natamycin exhibited a clear dose-dependent inhibitory effect on the growth and toxin production of Aspergillus ochraceus,and complete inhibition was achieved at the high concentration of 140 mg/L.
