四氯虫酰胺在水稻中的吸收和传导特性

摘要 [目的]旨在探究四氯虫酰胺在水稻中的吸收和传导特性,为其在水稻害虫防治中的应用提供科学依据。[方法]以扬稻6号和南粳46为材料,采用水培法和浸叶法研究了四氯虫酰胺在水稻植株中的系统分布。[结果]水培法试验结果表明,四氯虫酰胺在2种水稻中均具有较好的向上的传导能力,且在扬稻6号中的向上传导能力略强于在南粳46中的传导能力;浸叶法研究结果表明四氯虫酰胺在水稻中的向下传导能力较弱。[结论]四氯虫酰胺在水稻中具有良好根吸收和向上传导能力,能够有效分布至水稻的各个部位,从而实现对害虫的持续控制。 [Aims]The aims of the study were to investigate the uptake and translocation abilities of tetrachlorantraniliprole in rice plants,and provide scientific basis for its application in rice pest control.[Methods]With rice varieties Yangdao 6 and Nanjing 46 used as test materials,the systematic distribution of tetrachlorantraniliprole in rice plants was explored by hydroponic and leaf soaking methods.[Results]Hydroponic experiments revealed good upward translocation abilities of tetrachlorantraniliprole in both rice varieties,while its upward translocation ability in Yangdao 6 was slightly stronger than that in Nangeng 46.The results of the leaf soaking method showed that the downward translocation ability of tetrachlorantraniliprole was weak in rice plants.[Conclusions]The insecticide tetrachlorantraniliprole exhibits excellent root uptake and upward translocation ability in rice,enabling effective distribution across plant tissues,which supports its potential for sustained control of rice pests.
