摘要
在全民终身学习型社会深入推进下,新型公共文化空间已成为弥合职业教育供需鸿沟的创新载体。宁波市以城市书房为基点,通过实施多种策略构造出新的社会化职业教育生态。但当前仍面临多重挑战,制约社会职业教育效能的发挥。论文围绕“物理-社会-数字”空间的分析框架,提出须从专业化服务资源、专业化服务活动和专业化服务手段等方面持续构建多元主体协同的社会职业教育新生态。
Under the in-depth advancement of a lifelong learning society for all,new public cultural spaces have become innovative carriers to bridge the gap between supply and demand in vocational education.Although Ningbo City has taken urban reading rooms as a starting point and implemented various strategies to construct a new socialized vocational education ecosystem,it still faces multiple challenges that restrict the effectiveness of social vocational education.This article,based on the analytical framework of“physical-social-digital”spaces,proposes that it is necessary to continuously build a new social vocational education ecosystem with the collaboration of multiple subjects from aspects such as professional service resources,professional service activities,and professional service means.
