摘要
试验旨在探究低蛋白饲粮补充赖氨酸对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和氨基酸含量的影响。选取150头体重为(19.40±0.54)kg的“杜×长×大”仔猪,随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复5头仔猪。采用3×2因子试验设计,分别饲喂不同粗蛋白水平(16.50%、17.50%和18.50%)和赖氨酸水平(1.32%和1.25%)的饲粮,通过调整限制性氨基酸添加量,使饲粮中蛋氨酸+胱氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、缬氨酸与赖氨酸的比例固定为0.56、0.68、0.16和0.63。预试期3 d,正式试验期25 d。结果显示:与粗蛋白水平17.50%组相比,粗蛋白水平16.50%组血清总蛋白、球蛋白和尿素氮含量均显著降低(P<0.05);粗蛋白水平18.50%组血清总蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与粗蛋白水平17.50%组相比,粗蛋白水平16.50%组和18.50%组血清总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。与粗蛋白水平17.50%组相比,粗蛋白水平16.50%组和18.50%组血清的精氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、天冬氨酸和丙氨酸的含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,补充赖氨酸可使饲粮粗蛋白水平17.50%组达到了与18.50%组仔猪相同的生长性能,而对粗蛋白水平16.50%组仔猪的生长性能影响较小。
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of low-protein diets supplemented with lysine on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,antioxidant capacity,and amino acid content of piglets.A total of 150'Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire'piglets with a weight of(19.40±0.54)kg were selected and randomly divided into six groups,with five replicates per group and five piglets per replicate.A 3×2 factorial experimental design was adopted to feed diets with different crude protein levels(16.50%,17.50%and 18.50%)and lysine levels(1.32%and 1.25%).By adjusting the addition amount of restrictive amino acids,the ratio of methionine+cysteine,threonine,tryptophan and valine to lysine in the diet was fixed at 0.56,0.68,0.16 and 0.63,respectively.The pre-test period was three days and the formal test period was 25 days.The results showed that compared with the crude protein 17.50%group,total protein,globulin and urea nitrogen concentrations in serum of crude protein 16.50%group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the total protein content of crude protein 18.50%group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the serum urea nitrogen content was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the crude protein 17.50%group,the serum total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities in crude protein 16.50%and 18.50%groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the protein 17.50%group,the arginine,leucine,phenylalanine,aspartic acid and alanine concentrations in the crude protein 16.50%and 18.50%groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The study indicates that supplementation with lysine can achieve the same growth performance in piglets with crude protein 17.50%group as in those with crude protein 18.50%group,while having little effect on the growth performance of piglets with protein 16.50%group.
