摘要
试验旨在探究在波尔山羊饮用水中添加解淀粉芽孢杆菌GB-9菌制剂对其生长性能及健康情况的影响。试验通过PCR扩增和质谱分析鉴定GB-9菌制剂活性成分,结合体外抑菌试验评估其抗菌活性。以波尔山羊为试验动物进行饲养试验,筛选GB-9菌制剂有效使用剂量并考察GB-9菌制剂治疗羔羊急性腹泻的效果及其对波尔山羊群体免疫力和生长性能的影响。结果显示:GB-9菌制剂含表面活性素、伊枯草菌素和丰原素等脂肽类抗菌物质及β-1,3-1,4-葡聚糖酶,对金黄色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉等病原微生物具有显著抑制作用,并显示出调节肠道菌群的潜力。通过剂量筛选确定0.004%为有效添加剂量;饮水中添加0.01%GB-9菌制剂可治愈羔羊急性腹泻,改善肠道菌群丰度,效果优于土霉素。与对照组相比,GB-9菌制剂组波尔山羊发热、腹泻、食欲不振及尿路感染、感冒、流鼻涕的发病率和总发病率均显著降低(P<0.05),末重和平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05)。研究表明,在波尔山羊饮用水中添加0.004%GB-9菌制剂可以改善生长性能,降低疾病发生率。
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of supplementing drinking water with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GB-9 agent on the growth performance and health status of Boer goats.Active components of the GB-9 agent were identified through PCR amplification and mass spectrometry analysis,and its antimicrobial activity was evaluated via in vitro antibacterial assays.A feeding trial was conducted using Boer goats to screen effective doses of the GB-9 agent.The efficacy of the GB-9 agent in treating acute diarrhea in lambs,as well as its effects on herd immunity and growth performance were evaluated.The results showed that the GB-9 agent contains lipopeptide antimicrobial substances including surfactins,iturins and fengycins,andβ-1,3-1,4-glucanase.It exhibited significant inhibitory effects against pathogenic microorganisms such as Staphylococcus aureus and Aspergillus niger,along with potential for modulating gut microbiota.Dose screening identified 0.004%as the effective supplementation concentration.Adding 0.01%GB-9 agent in drinking water cured acute lamb diarrhea and improved gut microbiota abundance,with effects superior to oxytetracycline.Compared with the control group,the incidences of fever,diarrhea,loss of appetite,urinary tract infection,cold and runny nose,as well as the total incidence rate in the GB-9 bacterial preparation group of Boer goats were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the final weight and average daily weight gain were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that supplementing drinking water with 0.004%Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GB-9 agent enhances growth performance and reduces disease incidence in Boer goats.
