摘要
目的:探讨即时适配干预在老年前列腺癌放疗病人中的实施效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2023年1月—12月在医院腹部放疗科就诊的41例老年前列腺癌放疗病人为对照组,2024年1月—12月就诊的43例老年前列腺癌放疗病人为干预组。对照组采用常规放疗专科护理,干预组在此基础上实施即时适配干预方案。比较两组生活质量[前列腺癌病人生活质量测定量表(Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Prostate,FACT-P)]、健康素养水平[慢性病病人健康素养量表(Health Literacy Management Scale,HLMS)]、自我管理效能[中文版癌症自我管理效能量表(Strategies Used by People to Promote Health,SUPPH)]。结果:干预组FACT-P评分[(108.67±2.65)分]高于对照组[(101.71±5.19)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HLMS评分[(111.05±2.37)分]显著高于对照组[(106.34±3.54)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组SUPPH评分[(98.12±1.80)分]高于对照组[(95.15±2.24)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:即时适配干预能有效提高老年前列腺癌放疗病人的生活质量、健康素养水平、自我管理效能。
Objective:To explore the implementation effect of just-in-time adaptive intervention in elderly patients with prostate cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,41 elderly patients with prostate cancer who received radiotherapy in the abdominal radiotherapy department of the hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the control group,and 43 elderly patients with prostate cancer who received radiotherapy from January to December 2024 were selected as the intervention group.The control group received conventional radiotherapy specialized care,while the intervention group implemented an just-in-time adaptive intervention plan on this basis.Compare the quality of life of the two groups[Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Prostate(FACT-P)],health literacy level[Health Literacy Management Scale(HLMS)],self-management efficacy[Strategies Used by People to Promote Health(SUPPH)in Chinese version].Results:The FACT-P score of the intervention group[(108.67±2.65)points]was higher than that of the control group[(101.71±5.19)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the HLMS score[(111.05±2.37)points]was significantly higher than that of the control group[(106.34±3.54)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SUPPH score of the intervention group[(98.12±1.80)points]was higher than that of the control group[(95.15±2.24)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Just-in-time adaptive intervention can effectively improve the quality of life,health literacy level and self-management efficacy of elderly patients with prostate cancer undergoing radiotherapy.
