天津市某三级公立医院医务人员健康管理问题调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Health Management Issues of Medical Staff in a Tertiary Public Hospital in Tianjin

摘要 目的 调查分析天津市某三级公立医院医务人员健康管理问题,并提出针对性干预建议,以期为医院保障医务人员身心健康方案的制订提供参考。方法 选取2022年5月—2023年5月天津市眼科医院261名医务人员为研究对象,通过问卷、访谈的形式对医务人员的健康情况进行调查分析,统计公立医院医务人员在薪酬满意度、工作压力、医患矛盾方面的情况,并评估健康相关生命质量及其影响因素。结果 工作负荷维度总平均分为(13.25±1.19)分,低于薪酬维度的(13.49±1.23)分与医患矛盾维度的(13.57±1.42)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康相关生命质量总得分为(64.06±10.65)分。其中,生理健康领域得分(60.13±11.26)分,心理健康领域得分(59.70±17.08)分,社会支持领域得分(63.53±13.90)分,环境支持领域得分(86.32±6.18)分。年龄<40岁、职业为医生、学历为硕士及以上、初级职称、工作年限<10年、日均工作时长≤8 h的医院医务人员健康相关生命质量得分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过分析某三级公立医院医务人员健康管理问题,了解医院医务人员的健康状况及引发健康问题的原因,为后续健康管理方案的制订提供有效参考依据。 Objective To investigate and analyze the health management issues of medical staff in a tertiary public hospital in Tianjin,and propose targeted intervention suggestions,in order to provide reference for the formulation of plans to ensure the physical and mental health of medical staff in hospitals.Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,261 medical staff from Tianjin eye hospital were selected as research subjects.The health status of medical staff was investigated and analyzed through questionnaires and interviews.The satisfaction with salary,work pressure,and doctor-patient conflicts of medical staff in public hospitals were statistically analyzed,and health-related quality of life and its influencing factors were evaluated.Results The overall average score of the workload dimension was(13.25±1.19)points,which was lower than the salary dimension and the doctor-patient conflict dimension,which were(13.49±1.23)points and(13.57±1.42)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score for health-related quality of life was(64.06±10.65)points.Among them,the score in the physiological health field was(60.13±11.26)points,the score in the psychological health field was(59.70±17.08)points,the score in the social support field was(63.53±13.90)points,and the score in the environmental support field was(86.32±6.18)points.Hospital medical staff who were under 40 years old,occupation as a doctor,had a master's degree or above,held junior professional titles,had less than 10 years of work experience,and had an average daily working hours of≤8 hours had higher health-related quality of life scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By analyzing the health management issues of medical staff in a tertiary public hospital,we can understand the health status of hospital medical staff and the causes of health problems,providing effective reference for the formulation of subsequent health management plans.
