摘要
目的综述中医护理技术对化学治疗(简称“化疗”)相关呃逆的应用,为开展相关干预提供参考。方法采用范围综述方法,检索中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2024年4月20日,筛选并分析中医护理技术在化疗相关呃逆中应用的文献。结果纳入20篇文献,对中医护理技术种类、穴位、干预周期、结局指标进行总结分析。结论中医护理技术可有效缓解呃逆,但需规范研究设计,开展更多高质量随机对照试验。
Objective To review the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing techniques for chemotherapy-induced hiccups and provide reference for interventions.Methods A scoping review methodology was adopted.Relevant literature was retrieved from Chinese and English databases from inception to April 20,2024.Studies on TCM nursing techniques for chemotherapyinduced hiccups were screened and analyzed.Results Twenty studies were included,summarizing TCM nursing techniques,acupoints,intervention duration,and outcome measures.Conclusion TCM nursing techniques can effectively alleviate hiccups.Future research should standardize study designs and promote high-quality randomized controlled trials.
