摘要
目的探究多学科合作模式护理在老年消化道肿瘤合并营养不良患者中的应用效果。方法招募江苏省建湖县人民医院2023年1~12月收治的80例老年消化道肿瘤合并营养不良患者,将其按单双数法分为研究组和常规组,各40例,分别接受多学科合作模式护理和常规护理。比较2组的干预效果。结果研究组在干预3个月后的简易微型营养评估量表评分、营养合格率、癌症患者生命质量测定量表评分和护理满意度均优于常规组,小腿围、身体质量指数和四肢骨骼肌质量指数测定数值均大于常规组(P均<0.05)。干预3个月后,2组的改良老年疾病累计评分表评分分级经比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论多学科合作模式护理有助于改善患者的营养状态、生命质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors and malnutrition.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors and malnutrition admitted to Jianhu People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were enrolled.They were divided into a study group and a routine group using an oddeven number method.Both groups contained 40 cases,receiving multidisciplinary collaborative nursing and routine nursing,respectively.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the study group showed a higher Mini Nutritional Assessment-Short Form score,a higher qualified rate of nutrition,a higher Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General score,a higher level of nursing satisfaction,a greater calf circumference,a higher body mass index,and a higher appendicular skeletal muscle index in comparison with the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)when the gradings of the modified Cumulative Illness Rating Scale-Geriatric(MCIRS-G)of the two groups were compared.Conclusion The implementation of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing is conducive to improving the nutritional status,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of patients.
