摘要
质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)是临床治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的常用药物。该文对GERD、PPIs进行概述;重点分析了PPIs治疗GERD的临床效果,包括促进症状缓解、食管黏膜愈合两个方面;深入探讨影响PPIs安全性的因素。评价PPIs的效果和安全性,可为临床治疗GERD提供有效参考,最大限度地发挥其治疗作用,降低不良反应的发生风险。
Proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)are commonly used in the clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).This article reviews GERD and PPIs,and focuses on the analysis of clinical effect of PPIs in the treatment of GERD,including promoting symptom relief and esophageal mucosal healing.This article deeply discusses the factors affecting the safety of PPIs.Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of PPIs can provide an effective reference for clinical treatment of GERD,maximize its therapeutic effect,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
