摘要
目的:探讨风险模型在尿常规检验前质量控制中的应用价值。方法:将嘉峪关市妇幼保健院2024年5—7月进行尿常规检验的50例住院患者设为对照组,采用标准化尿常规检验前质量控制;将同院2024年8—10月进行尿常规检验的50例住院患者设为观察组,在对照组基础上实施风险模型评估。比较两组样本检验不合格率、患者满意度以及检验人员相关知识掌握情况。结果:观察组样本检验不合格率低于对照组(P=0.019);观察组患者总满意度高于对照组(P=0.004);观察组检验人员样本采集、样本保存、样本送检评分均较对照组高(P<0.001)。结论:在临床尿常规检验前采用风险模型进行质控,能明显提高尿常规样本检验合格率、患者满意度及检验人员对尿常规检验知识的掌握程度。
Objective:To explore the application value of risk models in the quality control before routine urine tests.Methods:Fifty inpatients who underwent routine urine tests at Jiayuguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May to July 2024 were set as the control group,and standardized quality control before routine urine tests was adopted.Fifty inpatients who underwent routine urine tests at the same hospital from August to October 2024 were set as the observation group,and a risk model assessment was implemented on the basis of the control group.Compare the unqualified rates of the tests of the two groups of samples,the satisfaction of patients and the mastery of relevant knowledge by the test personnel.Results:The unqualified rate of samples in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.019).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.004).The scores of sample collection,sample preservation and sample submission by the inspectors in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of the risk model for quality control before clinical routine urine tests can significantly improve the pass rate of routine urine sample tests,patient satisfaction,and the mastery of routine urine test knowledge by laboratory personnel.
