摘要
目的:探究奥司他韦、帕拉米韦治疗小儿流行性感冒的临床效果与经济学价值。方法:研究对象为2021年10月—2024年10月泾阳县医院收治的70例流行性感冒患儿,经抽签法随机分为对照组(n=35)和研究组(n=35)。对照组予以奥司他韦治疗,研究组接受帕拉米韦治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、炎性指标、用药支出及不良反应。结果:两组治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽减轻时间、鼻塞消失时间更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白、血清淀粉样蛋白A、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组用药支出比对照组高(P<0.001)。结论:奥司他韦、帕拉米韦治疗小儿流行性感冒均具有较高的临床疗效及安全性,帕拉米韦能够有效促进症状改善,减轻炎性反应,但用药支出较高,临床需根据患儿的实际情况酌情选用治疗药物。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and economic value of oseltamivir and peramivir in the treatment of children with influenza.Methods:The study subjects were 70 children with influenza admitted to Jingyang County Hospital from October 2021 to October 2024.They were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and study group(n=35)by lottery method.The control group was treated with oseltamivir,while the study group was treated with peramivir.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,inflammatory indicators,medication expenditure and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistical differences in the overall response rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The body temperature recovery time,cough relief time,and nasal congestion disappearance time in study group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,serum amyloid A protein and interleukin-6 in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The medication expenditure in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Both oseltamivir and peramivir have high clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of influenza in children,but peramivir can effectively promote the symptom improvement and relieve the inflammatory response.However,the medication expenditure is high.In clinical practice,the treatment drug should be selected according to the actual situation of children.
