摘要
目的研究精细化管理对医院办公室日常管理的作用效果。方法选取2024年1月—2025年1月深圳市龙华区中心医院60名办公室工作人员为研究对象。2024年1—7月采用传统管理方法,为对照组;2024年8月—2025年1月实施精细化管理,为观察组。对比两组工作人员的工作效率评分、医疗工作质量及工作满意度。结果观察组工作人员各项工作效率评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组医疗工作质量各项评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作人员工作满意度为98.33%(59/60),高于对照组的86.67%(52/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.885,P=0.015)。结论精细化管理对医院办公室日常管理作用效果较好,能够有效提升医院办公室工作人员的工作效率,改善医疗工作质量,提升工作满意度。
Objective To study the effect of refined management on the daily management of hospital offices.Methods Sixty office staff members from Longhua District Central Hospital of Shenzhen City from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects.From January to July 2024,traditional management methods were adopted as the control group.From August 2024 to January 2025,implemented refined management and serve as the observation group.Compared the work efficiency scores,medical work quality and job satisfaction of the two groups of staff.Results The scores of various work efficiencies of the staff in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of medical work quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The job satisfaction rate of the staff in the observation group was 98.33%(59/60),which was higher than that of the control group 86.67%(52/60),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.885,P=0.015).Conclusion Refined management has a good effect on the daily management of hospital offices.It can effectively improve the working efficiency of hospital office staff,enhance the quality of medical work,and improve job satisfaction.
