摘要
目的研讨医院院感科预防医院感染工作实施层级式责任制管理的作用。方法选取2024年1—6月无锡市康复医院23名感染相关工作护理人员实施常态化管理,为参比组;2024年7—12月本院同一批护理人员实施层级式责任制管理,为研讨组。比较分析两组认知意识、管理质量、管理满意度。结果研讨组感染预防认知、处理认知、责任认知评分分别为(94.51±1.13)分、(93.82±1.42)分、(93.55±1.33)分,均高于参比组的(91.65±1.20)分、(91.06±1.67)分、(92.16±1.29)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.321,6.038,3.598;P均<0.05)。管理质量相比,研讨组评分较参比组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。同参比组管理满意度比较,研讨组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院院感科预防医院感染工作实施层级式责任制管理,可增强工作人员的认知意识,促进管理质量的提高,且工作人员的满意度高。
Objective To explore the role of implementing hierarchical responsibility management in the prevention of hospital infections in the infection control department of hospitals.Methods Twenty-three nursing staff members involved in Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital infection-related work from January to June 2024 were selected for regular management as the reference group.From July to December 2024,the same batch of nursing staff in our hospital was subject to hierarchical responsibility management and form a research group.A comparative analysis was conducted on the cognitive awareness,management quality and management satisfaction of the two groups.Results The scores of infection prevention cognition,management cognition and responsibility cognition in the research group were 94.51±1.13,93.82±1.42 and 93.55±1.33 respectively,which were all higher than 91.65±1.20,91.06±1.67 and 92.16±1.29 in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.321,6.038,3.598;all P<0.05).In terms of management quality,the scores of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the management satisfaction of the research group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical responsibility system management in the prevention of nosocomial infections in the infection control department of hospitals can enhance the cognitive awareness of staff,promote the improvement of management quality,and the satisfaction of staff is high.
