摘要
目的评估基于PDCA循环管理法构建的大型公立医院消防设施故障识别与隐患治理工作模式的成效。方法选取2024年1月—2025年2月江门市妇幼保健院40名负责消防设施管理的工作人员为研究对象。2024年1—7月采用常规管理,设为对照组;2024年8月—2025年2月采用PDCA循环管理,设为观察组。对比两组消防设施的故障识别准确率、隐患治理及时率、故障复发率及工作人员技能合格率、隐患报告及时率。结果观察组消防设施故障识别准确率为90.00%(180/200),高于对照组的70.00%(140/200),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.000,P<0.05)。观察组在隐患治理及时率高于对照组,故障复发率低于对照组,工作人员操作技能合格率、隐患报告及时率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环管理法构建的大型公立医院消防设施故障识别与隐患治理工作模式,可有效提升故障识别准确率与隐患治理及时率,降低故障复发率,提升工作人员专业能力与责任意识。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the work mode of fault identification and hidden danger management of fire facilities in large public hospitals based on PDCA cycle management method.Methods From January 2024 to February 2025,forty staff in charge of fire facilities management in Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January to July 2024,routine management was adopted as the control group;from August 2024 to February 2025,PDCA cycle management was adopted as the observation group.The accuracy of fault identification,the timely rate of hidden danger management,the recurrence rate of fault,the qualified rate of staff skills and the timely rate of hidden danger report were compared between the two groups of fire protection facilities.Results The accuracy rate of fire facilities fault identification in the observation group was 90.00%(180/200),which was higher than 70.00%(140/200)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=25.000,P<0.05).The timely rate of hidden danger treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the qualified rate of staff operation skills and the timely rate of hidden danger report were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The fault identification and hidden danger management mode of fire protection facilities in large public hospitals based on PDCA cycle management method can effectively improve the accuracy of fault identification and the timely rate of hidden danger management,reduce the recurrence rate of faults,and improve the professional ability and responsibility consciousness of staff.
