摘要
湖北省医师协会对湖北省内县级医院的麻醉科建设和发展现状进行分析,发现存在人力资源不足、设施设备储备不足、部分先进且有现实需求的技术在县级医疗机构尚未实施、质量控制尚未完全覆盖、科教研开展相对落后等问题,提出构建合理的人才梯队、制订合理的设备增置计划、推动特殊技术有序开展、组建和完善质量控制小组、加大对基层医院的科研投入力度等对策,为国内县级医院麻醉科的发展和建设提供了参考。
The Hubei Provincial Medical Doctor Association analyzed the current situation of the construction and development of anesthesiology departments in county-level hospitals in Hubei Province,and found problems such as insufficient human resources,inadequate reserves of facilities and equipment,unimplemented advanced and practically needed technologies in county-level medical institutions,incomplete coverage of quality control,and relatively backward development of clinical,teaching and research work.Corresponding countermeasures were proposed,including building a reasonable talent echelon,formulating a rational plan for equipment addition,promoting the orderly development of special technologies,establishing and improving quality control teams,and increasing investment in scientific research in primary hospitals.This study provides a reference for the development and construction of anesthesiology departments in county-level hospitals across the country.
