摘要
本文以基层卫生院档案管理为切入点,阐述了基层卫生院档案管理工作的重要作用。分析了基层卫生院档案管理缺乏正确的档案管理意识、缺乏完善的档案管理制度、信息化建设水平不足、档案管理人员技术不足等常见弊端。以问题为导向,提出建立正确的档案管理意识、制定完善的档案管理制度、提高信息化建设水平、加强档案管理人员培养等相应的改进对策,以期促进基层卫生院档案管理规范发展、高效管理,提高基层卫生院档案管理水平。
This paper takes the archives management of primary health centers as the starting point,and expounds the important role of archives management in primary health centers.This paper analyzes the common drawbacks in the file management of primary health care institutions,including the lack of correct file management awareness,imperfect file management systems,insufficient informatization construction,and inadequate skills of file management personnel.Guided by these problems,corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward,such as establishing correct file management awareness,formulating sound file management systems,improving the level of informatization construction,and strengthening the training of file management personnel,in order to promote the standardized development and efficient management of archives management in primary health centers,and improve the level of archives management in primary health centers.
