摘要
目的 探讨急诊创伤外科一体化模式在创伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2023年1月至2024年1月于贵州省人民医院急诊外科就诊的120例创伤患者的临床资料。根据急救模式的差异,分为观察组(急诊创伤外科一体化急救模式,60例)和对照组(实施常规急救模式,60例)。对比两组研究对象的急救效率、创伤严重程度、急救效果、不良反应发生情况。结果 相较于对照组,观察组研究对象院前急救时间、多科会诊时间、静脉通路建立时间、全身检查完成时间、急诊抢救时间均明显更短(P<0.001);观察组研究对象的急救总有效率明显更高(98.33%vs.83.33%,P<0.05);观察组研究对象的不良反应总发生率明显更低(3.33%vs.16.67%,P<0.05)。干预前,两组研究对象创伤严重程度ISS评分和CRAMS评分相比无明显差异(P >0.05)。干预后,两组研究对象ISS评分明显降低(P<0.001),CRAMS评分明显升高(P<0.001);且相较于对照组,观察组研究对象ISS评分明显更低(P<0.05),CRAMS评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论 在创伤患者的救治中,急诊创伤外科一体化模式可有效提升急救效率,减轻创伤的严重程度,改善急救效果,降低不良反应的发生风险。
Objective To explore the application eff ect of the integrated emergency trauma surgery model in the treatment of trauma patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 120 trauma patients who visited the Department of Emergency Surgery at Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024.Based on the diff erences in emergency care models,patients were divided into the observation group(integrated emergency trauma surgery model,60 cases)and the control group(conventional emergency care model,60 cases).The study compared emergency care efficiency,trauma severity,treatment outcomes,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter pre-hospital care time,multi-disciplinary consultation time,venous access establishment time,completion time for the full-body examination,and emergency rescue time(P<0.001).The total eff ectiveness rate of emergency care in the observation group was significantly higher(98.33%vs.83.33%,P<0.05),and the overall incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower(3.33%vs.16.67%,P<0.05).Prior to the intervention,there were no significant diff erences between the two groups in terms of injury severity scores(ISS)and the CRAMS score(P>0.05).After the intervention,the ISS score significantly decreased(P<0.001),and the CRAMS score significantly increased(P<0.001).Furthermore,the observation group showed a significantly lower ISS score(P<0.05)and a significantly higher CRAMS score(P<0.05)compared to the control group.Conclusion The integrated emergency trauma surgery model can eff ectively improve emergency care efficiency,reduce the severity of trauma,enhance treatment outcomes,and lower the risk of adverse reactions in trauma patients.
