摘要
为应对新能源汽车市场竞争加剧与降本增效需求,汽车轻量化成为提升产品竞争力的关键路径。从材料、结构、制造工艺及配置4个方面系统探讨了整车轻量化实现路径,并给出应用实例。针对当前国内轻量化技术发展面临的成熟度低、应用成本高等问题,提出了强化产业协同创新、完善政策支持体系、促进技术引进这3条途径。通过探讨多维度技术路径的协同优化,可有效实现整车轻量化目标,相关结论为车企实现汽车轻量化、提升产品性能与市场竞争力提供理论依据和实践参考。
To address intensified competition in new energy vehicle market and demand for cost reduction and efficiency improvement,vehicle lightweighting has become a key path to enhance product competitiveness.This study systematically explores approaches to achieving vehicle lightweighting from four aspects:materials,structure,manufacturing processes,and configurations,and provides application examples.In view of problems faced by current development of domestic lightweighting technologies,such as low maturity and high application costs,it proposes three solutions including strengthening industrial collaborative innovation,improving policy support system,and promoting technology introduction.By exploring collaborative optimization of multi-dimensional technical paths,this study demonstrates that goal of vehicle lightweighting can be effectively achieved.Relevant conclusions provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for automobile enterprises to achieve lightweighting,improve product performance and market competitiveness.
