摘要
针对某钢厂1580热连轧机组弯窜辊装置在使用过程中发现的一系列问题进行探讨,找出常见的故障类型和原因,并解决冶金行业弯窜辊装置在重载工况下存在的可靠性低、维护成本高等问题。结合弯窜辊液压缸的拆解状况、各零部件的损伤情况以及弯窜辊装置现场使用情况进行综合分析,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对常见漏油点进行仿真分析,提出弯窜辊装置的整体维修方案和改造优化方案。
Aiming at a series of problems found in the use of 1580 hot rolling unit of a steel mill,this paper discusses a series of problems,finds out the common types of failures and causes,and solves the problems of low reliability and high maintenance cost of the bend roller device in the metallurgical industry under heavy load conditions.Combined with the bending roller hydraulic cylinder dismantling conditions,the damage of the components and the bending roller device on-site use of comprehensive analysis,and the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS simulation analysis of common oil leakage points,it proposes bending roller device of the overall maintenance program and optimization of the transformation program.
