摘要
为了提升火力发电电锅炉的使用寿命,以CHDG-A合金与Super304H合金作为研究对象,试验分析了基于奥氏体合金材料的火力发电电锅炉耐腐蚀性能。通过试验分析可知,CHDG-A合金的硬度更高、耐腐蚀性能更好。利用CHDG-A合金替换传统的Super304H合金,可延长火力发电电锅炉的使用寿命,对火力发电厂的运行与发展具有重要意义。
In order to improve the service life of thermal power generation boilers,CHDG-A alloy and Super304H alloy were used as research objects to experimentally analyze the corrosion resistance of thermal power generation boilers based on austenitic alloy materials.Through experimental analysis,it is known that CHDG-A alloy has higher hardness and better corrosion resistance.Replacing traditional Super304H alloy with CHDG-A alloy can significantly proling the service life of thermal power generation boilers,which is of great significance for the operation and development of thermal power plants.
