冷镦钢生产过程中表面缺陷成因及优化研究

摘要 冷镦钢表面质量直接影响紧固件的力学性能与服役可靠性,但其生产中易产生裂纹、折叠等缺陷。针对单一工艺分析的不足,从原材料、热处理、冷镦工艺及设备模具全流程解析缺陷成因,提出多维度优化策略。通过优质原材料筛选、阶梯式球化退火、变形程度合理分配及模具表面强化等措施。结合实验验证,发现优化后表面缺陷综合发生率从28.5%降至9.2%,球化率提升至93%,硬度均匀性显著改善。研究表明,全流程协同优化是缺陷控制核心,为冷镦钢表面质量提升提供理论与实践参考。 The surface quality of cold heading steel directly affects the mechanical properties and service reliability of fasteners,but its production is prone to cracks,folding and other defects.To address the inadequacy of a single process analysis,this paper analyzes the causes of defects from the whole process of raw materials,heat treatment,cold heading process and equipment and molds,and puts forward a multi-dimensional optimization strategy.Through the screening of high quality raw materials,stepwise spheroidal annealing,reasonable distribution of deformation degree and mold surface strengthening and other measures.Combined with experimental verification,it is found that after optimization,the comprehensive incidence of surface defects is reduced from 28.5% to 9.2%,the spheroidization rate is increased to 93%,and the uniformity of hardness is significantly improved.The study shows that the whole process synergistic optimization is the core of defect control,which provides theoretical and practical reference for the improvement of surface quality of cold heading steel.
