摘要
目的 总结针灸治疗肩凝症临床研究热点、发展脉络及研究趋势,为后续研究提供依据。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)2003年1月1日-2024年6月1日收录的针灸治疗肩凝症研究文献,统计发文时间分布,采用VOSviewer1.6.18与CiteSpace5.7.R5软件绘制作者、研究机构共现网络及关键词共现、聚类、突现、时间线图谱。结果 纳入文献1 570篇,年发文量呈先上升后波动趋势。发文较多作者为韩淑凯(7篇)、郭长青(6篇)、庄礼兴(6篇),发文较多机构为天津中医药大学第一附属医院、黑龙江中医药大学、广州中医药大学,该领域同机构研究者、相邻地区研究机构合作较紧密。除主题词外,该领域高频关键词为“肩手综合征”“脑卒中”“康复训练”,共聚为10类;突现强度较高的关键词为“中药泡洗”“脑卒中”“疼痛”“中风后肩手综合征”“上肢运动功能”,突现至今的关键词为“肩关节功能”“运动功能”“卒中”“疼痛程度”“脑卒中”“冻结肩”“上肢功能”“超声引导”“粘连性肩关节囊炎”。结论 针灸治疗肩凝症研究热点集中于针灸治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床研究。传统针刺及其他传统中医药疗法结合现代康复治疗方案治疗肩凝症、超声引导下针刀治疗肩凝症可成为该领域研究趋势。不同科研团队及机构间可进一步加强合作与联系,促进该领域发展。
Objective To summarize the clinical research hotspots,development context and research trends of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of frozen shoulder;To provide a basis for follow-up research.Methods Research literature about acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of frozen shoulder was retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang from January 1,2003 to June 1,2024.The time distribution of the publication was counted,and the co-occurrence network of authors and research institutions,as well as the co-occurrence,clustering,emergence and time line map of keywords were drawn by using VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software.Results A total of 1570 articles were finally included,and the annual number of articles published in this field showed an upward trend.The authors who published relatively more articles were Han Shukai(7),Guo Changqing(6)and Zhuang Lixing(6).The First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine have published relatively more articles.This field cooperated closely with institutional researchers and research institutions in neighboring regions.In addition to the subject words,the high-frequency keywords in this field were“shoulder hand syndrome”,“stroke”and“rehabilitation training”,which were grouped into 10 categories;the keywords with high intensity of emergence were“TCM soaking”,“stroke”,“pain”,“shoulder hand syndrome after stroke”and“upper limb motor function”.The keywords that have emerged so far are“shoulder joint function”,“motor function”,“stroke”,“degree of pain”,“cerebral apoplexy”,“frozen shoulder”,“upper limb function”,“ultrasound guidance”and“adhesive shoulder arthritis”.Conclusion In recent years,the research hotspots of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of frozen shoulder have focused on the clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Traditional acupuncture and other TCM therapies combined with modern rehabilitation treatment programs for the treatment of frozen shoulder,ultrasoundguided acupuncture for the treatment of frozen shoulder are emerging research hotspots.Different research teams and institutions can further strengthen their cooperation and connections with each other to promote the progress and development of this field.
