摘要
海盐县新建污水处理厂主要处理高难降解有机物和高悬浮物的造纸废水。为优选深度处理工艺,对比分析活性炭吸附、臭氧氧化、芬顿氧化和三相催化氧化等多种高级氧化技术的小试效果,并通过中试验证三相催化氧化工艺的性能。结果表明,三相催化氧化出水COD稳定在35 mg/L以下,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,药剂成本为0.86~1.01元/m^(3),经济性良好。该工艺适应性强,能有效应对复杂工业废水的水质波动,与AAO+AO(MBBR)生物处理和沉淀单元合理组合后,能够高效去除难降解有机物,处理效果稳定,操作简便,具备良好工程实施性。研究表明,三相催化氧化工艺在处理难降解工业废水中具有广阔应用前景,为提标改造提供了有效技术解决方案。
The newly built wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Haiyan County is mainly to treat the papermaking wastewater with high refractory organic matter and high suspended solids.To optimize the advanced treatment process,the small-scale test effects of various advanced oxidation technologies such as activated carbon adsorption,ozone oxidation,Fenton oxidation and three-phase catalytic oxidation are compared and analyzed.The performance of the three-phase catalytic oxidation process is verified through pilot-scale tests.The results show that the COD of the effluent from the three-phase catalytic oxidation is stably maintained below 35 mg/L,meeting the first-level A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002),and the chemical cost is 0.86~1.01 yuan/m^(3)with the good economy.This process has strong adaptability and can effectively deal with the fluctuations in water quality of complex industrial wastewater.After being reasonably combined with the AAO+AO(MBBR)biological treatment and sedimentation unit,this process can effectively remove the recalcitrant organics with stable performance effect and operational simplicity,which has the good engineering implementability.The research shows that the three-phase catalytic oxidation process has broad application prospects in the treatment of refractory industrial wastewater and provides an effective technical solution for upgrading and reconstruction.
