苏州市鹤溪大桥加固设计

摘要 伴随我国公路交通事业在过去40 a的快速发展,国内桥梁建设水平得到快速提升,但由于前期缺少经验积累、车辆超载等客观原因,21世纪初之前建造的不少大跨预应力混凝土连续梁桥出现了主跨跨中下挠、腹板斜裂缝等重要病害,严重影响桥梁使用安全。该类桥梁往往位于交通要道且未达到原设计使用年限。为保证桥梁结构可靠、减少工程废弃和重复投资、降低社会影响,应对此类桥梁进行科学的分析研究和正确的加固设计与施工,以延长此类桥梁使用寿命。苏州市的鹤溪大桥为一座跨越京杭运河、主跨为86 m的预应力混凝土连续梁桥,检测中发现该桥主跨跨中下挠、腹板斜裂缝等典型病害,因此以该桥为例介绍该类桥梁的维修加固设计方案和主要计算分析。 With the rapid development of highway transportation industry in the past 40 years in China,the level of bridge construction has been rapidly improved.However,due to objective reasons such as lack of experience accumulation and vehicle overload in the early stage,many long-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges built before the beginning of this century have suffered from serious diseases such as deflection and web diagonal cracks in the middle of main span,which seriously affect the safety of bridge use.This type of bridge is often located on transportation arteries and has not reached its original design service life.In order to ensure the reliability of the bridge structure,reduce the engineering waste and repeated investment,and minimize the social impact,the scientific analysis and research should be conducted on this type of bridge,and the correct reinforcement design and construction should be carried out to lengthen its service life.The Hexi Bridge in Suzhou City is a prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge with a main span of 86 m,which spans the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.During inspection,the typical diseases such as mid-span deflection and web diagonal cracks are found in the main span of the bridge.Therefore,the maintenance and reinforcement design scheme,and the main calculation analysis of this bridge are introduced.
