摘要
在数字技术快速发展的现代社会,数字乡村建设是推动乡村振兴的重要途径,但目前的评价体系普遍存在权重分配不合理等问题。为此,研究结合北方水稻主产区数字乡村建设的特殊需求,创新性地融合层次分析法与主成分分析法,构建了适合该区域特点的数字乡村建设评价模型。实验表明,该模型稳定性良好,调和系数的变化对结果影响较小。应用验证中,该模型指导下的村庄建设成效显著,智慧农业生产和乡村数字治理的评分平均提升27%,水稻亩产量增加9.9%,高品质米比例提升56.3%,品牌溢价率提高91.9%。研究为北方水稻主产区的数字乡村建设提供了科学的评价方法,对促进水稻产业数字化转型有重要意义。
With the rapid development of digital technology,digital rural construction has become a key approach to promoting rural revitalization.However,current evaluation systems often suffer from unreasonable weight allocation and limited adaptability.To address this issue,this study integrates the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Principal Components Analysis to develop an evaluation model tailored to the specific needs of digital rural construction in major rice-producing areas in northern China.The model demonstrates strong stability,with minimal impact from changes in the coordination coefficient.In practical application,villages guided by this model showed significant improvements:the average scores of smart agricultural production and digital rural governance increased by 27%,rice yield per mu rose by 9.9%,the proportion of high-quality rice grew by 56.3%,and brand premium rates improved by 91.9%.This study provides a scientific evaluation approach for digital rural development in northern rice-producing regions and plays a vital role in advancing the digital transformation of the rice industry.
