一种通用型Ku频段频率综合器设计

摘要 为了满足雷达系统对Ku波段频率综合器提出的频率捷变、任意波形产以及低相噪等主流需求,本文提出了一种采用DDS技术的Ku频段通用型频率综合器的设计方案。恒温晶振产生的200MHz信号经梳谱选出本振II信号以及DDS芯片和DAC芯片的时钟信号,DDS芯片和DAC芯片在FPGA芯片的控制下产生的基带信号及本振I中频信号经过混频、滤波及放大后产生Ku频段的激励及本振I信号。将该方案运用于不同系统Ku频率综合器设计上,结果均表明频率综合器性能良好,在Ku频段具有普适性。 In order to meet the mainstream requirements of frequency agility,arbitrary waveform generation and low phase noise proposed by the radar system for Ku-band frequency synthesizer,a design scheme of Ku-band universal frequency synthesizer using DDS technology is proposed.The 200 MHz signal generated by the constant temperature crystal oscillator is selected by the comb spectrum to select the local oscillator II signal and the clock signal of the DDS chip and the DAC chip.The baseband signal generated by the DDS chip and the DAC chip under the control of the FPGA chip and the local oscillator I intermediate frequency signal are mixed,filtered and amplified.The scheme is applied to the design of Ku frequency synthesizers in different systems.The results show that the frequency synthesizer has good performance and is universal in the Ku band.
