摘要
目的建立与肺部CT对应的3D打印肺模型,探索其对规范化培训住院医师在18个肺段教学中应用和效果。方法选择2024年2月至2025年2月在浙江大学医学院附属第四医院呼吸与危重症医学科轮转的60名规范化培训住院医师,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30名。实验组采取3D打印肺模型+传统教学模式,对照组采取传统教学模式。比较两组对肺部病灶定位、肺部结构掌握以及授课满意度。结果培训结束后,实验组理论成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.27,P<0.05),实验组对教学满意度评分、教学实用性评分、学习积极性评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=18.35、14.81、10.96,P均<0.05)。结论与肺部CT对应的3D打印肺模型能调动学生积极性,提高对肺部结构的掌握度,缩短18个肺段学习周期,取得良好的教学效果。
Objective To establish a 3D-printed lung model corresponding to lung CT imaging,and explore its appli-cation and effect in the teaching of 18 lung segments for standardized training residents.Methods A total of 60 stan-dardized training residents who rotated in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,the Fourth Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected and randomly divid-ed into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 residents in each group.The experimental group adopted the 3D-printed lung model combined with the traditional teaching mode,while the control group only used the traditional teaching mode.The positioning of lung lesions,mastery of lung structures,and teaching satisfaction were compared be-tween two groups.Results After the training,the theoretical scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.27,P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction,teaching practicability and learning enthusiasm in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=18.35,14.81,10.96,P<0.05).Conclusion The 3D-printed lung model corresponding to lung CT imaging can mobilize the students'enthusiasm,improve the mastery of lung structures,shorten the learning cycle of 18 lung segments,and achieve good teaching effects.
