摘要
该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,基于体育强国建设背景,分析内蒙古高职高专校园足球发展现状及策略。研究发现,在政策引导与体育产业推动的共同作用下,内蒙古高职高专校园足球在学校重视程度和教师理念方面取得了一定成绩,但在师资力量、设施建设、赛事联动、课程设置等方面存在一些不足。由此,研究提出需从以下4个方面,制定内蒙古高职高专校园足球发展策略:加大师资培训力度,完善教师科研激励机制;提高社会资本参与度,加强足球场地设施建设;完善多层级赛事体系,扩大竞赛覆盖面;创新产教融合模式,完善足球课程体系。
This article uses research methods such as literature review and expert interviews to analyze the current situation and strategies of campus football development in Inner Mongolia vocational and technical colleges based on the background of building a strong sports power.Research has found that under the joint guidance of policies and the promotion of the sports industry,Inner Mongolia vocational and technical college campus football has achieved certain results in terms of school attention and teacher philosophy.However,there are still some shortcomings in terms of faculty strength,facility construction,event linkage,and curriculum design.Therefore,the research suggests that:efforts should be made to increase teacher training and improve the incentive mechanism for teacher scientific research;It enhances the participation of social capital and improves the construction of football field facilities;It improves the multi-level competition system and expands the coverage of competitions;It innovates the integration mode of industry and education,and improves the football curriculum system,and formulates development strategies for football in Inner Mongolia vocational and technical colleges.
