摘要
目的观察SIMPLE药学服务模式在呼吸内科疾病患者临床合理用药中的应用效果。方法选取2022年12月~2024年12月在宜昌市中心人民医院呼吸内科门诊开具处方药治疗的82例患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法对纳入患者分组,结果分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。对照组接受常规药物服务模式,观察组接受SIMPLE药学服务模式。比较两组用药依从性、不合理用药发生情况、药物不良反应发生情况、药物服务质量评估水平。结果观察组总依从率达90.24%,较对照组的73.17%高(P<0.05);观察组漏服药物及用药时间错误发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应总发生率为4.88%,较对照组的21.95%低(P<0.05);观察组药物服务质量评估优良率达92.68%,较对照组的73.17%高(P<0.05)。结论SIMPLE药学服务模式可进一步提高呼吸内科疾病患者用药依从性,减少不合理用药及药物不良反应的发生,提升患者对于服务质量的评价。
Objective To observe the application effect of SIMPLE pharmaceutical service model in the clinical rational use of drugs in patients with respiratory diseases.Methods 82 patients who were prescribed medication in the respiratory department outpatient department of Yichang Central People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group using a random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received conventional drug service mode,while the observation group received SIMPLE pharmaceutical service mode.Compare the medication adherence,occurrence of irrational drug use,occurrence of adverse drug reactions,and evaluation level of drug service quality between two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group reached 90.24%,which was higher than the control group's 73.17%(P<0.05);The incidence of missed medication and medication timing errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than the 21.95%in the control group(P<0.05);The excellent rate of drug service quality evaluation in the observation group reached 92.68%,which was higher than the 73.17%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The SIMPLE pharmaceutical service model can help further improve medication compliance among patients with respiratory diseases,reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use and adverse drug reactions,and enhance patients'evaluation of service quality.
