基于HyperWorks的排气系统有限元分析

摘要 发动机排气系统作为发动机的主要零部件,主要由排气歧管、增压器以及排气弯管等相关零部件组成,通过排气弯管均匀分布的螺栓固定在发动机缸盖上。排气系统的结构设计直接影响整个动力总成固有频率,进而影本响动力总成振动噪声水平,若排气系统强度不达标还会引起排气管和增压器损坏,影响汽车正常运行。基于HyperWorks在工程设计阶段对新开发的某发动机铸铁排气管和增压器进行模态分析、静强度分析和疲劳分析,为排气系统设计和改进提供参考,有效缩短了开发周期。 As a key component of the engine,the engine exhaust system mainly consists of the ex-haust manifold,supercharger,exhaust elbow,and other related parts,and is fixed to the engine cylinder head via uniformly distributed bolts on the exhaust elbow.The structural design of the exhaust system di-rectly affects the natural frequency of the entire powertrain,thereby influencing the vibration and noise lev-els of the powertrain.If the exhaust system is insufficient in strength,it may also cause damage to the ex-haust pipe and supercharger,impairing the normal operation of the vehicle.Based on HyperWorks,modal analysis,static strength analysis,and fatigue analysis were conducted on the newly developed cast iron ex-haust pipe and supercharger of an engine during the engineering design phase,providing a reference for the design and improvement of the exhaust system and effectively shortening the development cycle.
