摘要
方以智冲决宋儒“道统论”的束缚,创造性地将其“圆∴”思想贯穿于宋明理学核心话题“格物致知”中,构建了独特的“格致”之学,形成了知识与道德并举、形上与形下兼备的独具其特色的学术体系,并提出“质测”和“通几”两大研究领域。其对中医当代传承发展有两点启示:一是面对西医学的强势冲击,中医学应理性借鉴西医学在“质测”领域的优势,推动当代中医学的传承与变革;二是面对西医学的医疗危机,中医学应积极发扬自身在“通几”领域的优势,助力当前西方医学模式的转变。
Fang Yizhi broke through the bondage of"Taoism"of Song Confucianism and creatively put his"circle∴"thought into the study of Gewu-zhizhi which is the core topic of Neo-Confucianism in the Song and Ming Dynasties.Thus,a unique study of"Gewu-zhizhi"is constructed.It has formed a unique academic system which covered knowledge and morality,metaphysics and physics.On this basis,two research fields of"Zhice"and"Tongji"are proposed.There have two inspirations for the inheritance and development of TCM:firstly,facing the strong impact of Western medicine,we should rationally learn from the advantages of Western medicine in the field of"Zhice"and promote the inheritance and reform of contemporary TCM;Secondly,facing the medical crisis of Western medicine,TCM should actively develop its advantages in the field of"Tongji"and contribute to the current transformation of Western medical model.
