摘要
世界反法西斯战争的胜利对当今国际格局和国际秩序产生了重大且深远的影响。作为保障国家安全和促进国际安全的历史性预演,世界反法西斯战争既是集军事、经济、意识形态、地缘等要素的总体战,又是反法西斯同盟参战国国家安全战略实施和调整的综合呈现。80年后的今天重温历史,世界反法西斯战争依然具有启示价值与警示作用。当前,世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,国家安全的内容和涉及范围发生重大变化,但国家安全和国际安全的本质始终都是“人民的安全”。坚持和发扬正确的二战史观,坚决捍卫第二次世界大战成果,坚定维护以联合国为核心的国际体系,构建新型国家安全理论体系,统筹传统安全和非传统安全,践行人类命运共同体理念,积极推进全球安全治理,维护国际安全和人类正义,应是时代的必然选择。
The victory of the World Anti-Fascist War has had a significant and far-reaching impact on the current international landscape and international order.As a historic rehearsal for safeguarding national security and promoting international security,the World Anti-Fascist War was not only a total war integrating military,economic,ideological,geographical and other factors,but also a comprehensive manifestation of the implementation and adjustment of national security strategies by the belligerent countries of the anti-fascist alliance.Eighty years later,revisiting the history of the World Anti-Fascist War still offers insights and warnings.At present,the transformations of the world unseen in a century are unfolding at a faster pace and the content and scope of national security have been undergoing major changes.However,the essence of both national security and international security has always been"people's security".It is imperative to uphold the correct historical perspective on WWll,firmly defend the victorious outcome of wWIl,resolutely uphold the international system with the United Nations at its core,develop a new system of national security theory,coordinate traditional and non-traditional security,practice the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,actively promote global security governance,and safeguard international security and human justice.
