摘要
加快建构中国自主的边疆学知识体系具有历史必然性与现实紧迫性,边疆地区的长治久安和高质量发展,离不开边疆学的知识变革和思想先导。广大边疆学研究者应服从服务于党中央的总体工作部署,建设结构均衡、体系兼容、稳定成熟的边疆学一级学科体系,大力加强学术体系建设,不断加强话语体系建设。坚持以研究边疆治理重大理论和实践问题为方向,坚持党的全面领导,统筹完成好著书立论、阐释宣传、建言资治、传承文化、育才树人五项任务,形成布局合理的学科体系、植根中国的学术体系、融通中外的话语体系。
Guided by the priority of researching major theoretical and practical issues in frontier governance and under the Party's comprehensive leadership,efforts should be coordinated to accomplish five essential tasks:producing foundational scholarship,interpretation and dissemination,policy advising,cultural heritage preservation,and talent cultivation.Such efforts aim to build a well-structured disciplinary framework,a China-rooted academic system,and a discourse system that bridges Chinese and international perspectives.
