随着互联网技术与大数据应用的迅猛发展,智慧门诊建设成为医疗领域创新变革的关键方向。鉴于此,文章旨在探讨智慧门诊如何通过线上平台挂号、智能匹配挂号科室、规划就医路径等方面提升患者的就医体验。本文系统介绍智慧门诊建设背景,详细讲述智慧门诊应用于连云港某医院实践效果,可有序推进智慧门诊建设,能够为患者带来更高效、更便捷的服务体验;持续深化智慧门诊应用,优化患者就诊流程,可切实改善门诊排队拥挤的状况,显著提升患者的就诊体验和满意度。
With the rapid development of Internet technology and big data applications,the construction of smart clinics has become a key direction for innovation and transformation in the medical field.In view of this,the article aims to explore how smart clinics can enhance patients'medical experience through aspects such as online platform registration,intelligent matching of registration departments,and planning of medical treatment routes.This article systematically introduces the background of the construction of smart clinics and elaborates on the practical effect of the application of smart clinics in a certain hospital in Lianyungang.It can promote the construction of smart clinics in an orderly manner and bring more efficient and convenient service experiences to patients.Continuously deepening the application of smart clinics and optimizing the patient visit process can effectively improve the crowded situation of outpatient queues and significantly enhance the patient's visit experience and satisfaction.
